Over a decade ago, I met a lawyer at a networking event. When I mentioned I facilitated masterminds for business owners, he asked if I did the same for lawyers. I said no—because I wasn’t a lawyer.
He replied:

• At age seven, I organized a full “wedding” in a laundromat—venue secured, plan set, execution complete. Curiosity → plan → action → results.
• Years later, while selling recruitment advertising, I noticed a shift others missed: nurses were beginning to respond to trend-aligned opportunities. Right fit. Right timing. Five hospitals signed on.
• In another role, I identified a hidden leverage point inside an insurance company facing 70% turnover, designed a strategic program, and closed one of the largest enterprise deals in the country. The bonuses paid for my parents’ home.
